Amanda’s love for Yoga came from her willingness to try new things. After practicing for several years she knew it was time to deepen her practice. She graduated from the YogaWorks Teacher Training 200 hour program in 2013. She knew she needed to share the gift of Yoga with others and has worked hard at doing so. Amanda wants her classes to be challenging yet attainable for all students. Her teaching focuses on alignment, safety, and positivity. Amanda is passionate about the YogaWorks method as well as Core Strength Vinyasa. She continues to honor her teachers as she grows and learns. Aside from Yoga, Amanda enjoys living at the beach, traveling, spending time with her family, snuggling with her dog and cat, trying new foods, and living life to it's fullest!!
