Balance
Mindfully connecting to your Deep Core Line is a great way to improve your stability in pretty much any posture or movement. This class is going to help you use your core to stabilize first, and then explore your ranges of motion within that stable and balanced state. Guidance is given to help you learn when and where you may be abandoning your core stability in favor of deeper, but unsupported, movement. You can start in a comfortable seated position, but many variations of standing postures will be offered. You'll be building toward Natarajasana, the King Dancer Pose. Along the way you'll be opening the shoulders and hips and connecting with core with versions of a Stork Pose, Crescent Pose, and a fun and dynamic Warrior 3 practice. Remember to make your movements as huge or tiny as they need to be to maintain your stability!
